Everyone received a call yesterday evening from Mr. Hudson, our superintendent regarding Putnam County remaining in orange on the map. 5-Day in person students will be remote this coming week and will remain remote 3 days after Thanksgiving break based on the Governor's Executive Order (Nov. 30-Dec. 2). Those in virtual learning will continue as usual.
All PreK-5th grade 5-Day in person learning students are requested to pick-up learning supplies for this coming week and report cards (K-5) on Monday, Nov. 16 between 11-12:30 in a drive through modified loop at the school's main entrance. Free breakfast and lunch are also available for pick-up between 11-12:30 with the supplies and report cards.
In person students need to log in to Schoology daily to view assignments and join Teams meetings daily when possible. Any student that does not contact the teacher by submitting assignments, joining Team meetings or messaging teacher during the week will be counted absent all 5 days. Students attending special classes need to log in to Teams daily and check assignments with these teachers also.
Students receiving back-pack buddy snacks need to pick-up boxed meals for week of Thanksgiving at the same time 11-12:30 in the modified drive-up loop at the main entrance.
If you have any questions, please contact classroom teacher or call the school at 304-586-2184.
